Our Scope

This SOP applies to all transportation and distribution activities for Boguch Environmental and Safety Service Nig Ltd, including:

  • Pickup and delivery of goods
  • Warehousing and storage
  • Fieet management

OUR PROCEDURES

Pre-Transportation

Receive and verify shipment detaiis (e.&., weight, dimensions, special requirements), Condut vehicde inspections (daily/weekiy) November 20h 2024 ,Ensure drivers have necessary documents (e.g., licenses, insurance), Plan routes and schedules

Pickup and Delivery

Confirm pickup and delivery times with customers , Load and secure cargo , Obtain signature upon delivery , Record any discrepancies or issues

Transportation

Operate vehicles safeBy and efficiently, Follow designated routes and schedules, Monitor cargo condition during transit Delivery, Report any incidents or issues

Delivery

Verify delivery address and recipient , Obtain signature upon delivery, Record delivery details (e.g., time, date, location),Return proof of delivery (POD) documents

Post-Transportation

Unload and store cargo (if applicable) , Conduct vehicie maintenance (e.g., fueling, cleaning) , Review delivery reports and address any issues , Update records and databases

Quality Control

Monitor transportation performance (e-g., on-time delivery, damage rates) , Conduct regular vehicie inspections ,Train drivers on safety and customer service, Review customer teedback

TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION VACCINE

We maintain accurate records, monitoring temperature control and vaccine integrity, we ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDP, WHO)

  • Vaccine storage units (e.g., coolers)

  • Refrigerant packs or dry ice

PHARMA AND NON-PHARMA SERVICES

We verify product temperature requirements, conduct vehicle inspections (daily/weekly) and ensure drivers have GDP training and documentation.

  • Insulated containers

  • Temperature-controlled warehouses

COLD CHAIN TRANSPORTATION & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES

We load products according to temperature requirements, set vehicle temperature controls, monitor temperature during transit and record temperature readings

TRANSPORTATION AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
